The property was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and thescenery was terrific. There were also a ccouple of deer in the yard one morning, what a bonus. Itis located in an area that has easy acces the the freeway and also U.s. 89 North. We thought it was and overal great place.

The Airbnb was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pots and pans were in good condition. We were worried about there being no AC but flagstaff is very cool so we just opened our windows and it was perfectly fine. The hosts were very responsive, the Airbnb was in a nice area. I would stay here again.

This place was perfect for our needs. It was immaculately clean. The front door and rear sliding door could be opened to let the breeze blow through, which was nice. The view across the street from the balcony was nice as well. We had absolutely nothing to complain about! I would highly recommend this place.

We had a great time. The beds are stripped, towels on top of the washer. I tried to start the first load for you but the washer wouldn't turn on. Dishwasher is empty. Please have someone turn on the white fan in the 2nd bedroom, it's clattering. We still rate our stay 5 stars.

This was perfect for our home base while touring Northern Arizona. So close to town and anything you would need. Place is comfortable and clean!

Our stay was great! It was quiet, peaceful and very clean. It had all the amenities we needed, except an a/c which we knew going in. We used the available fans which worked well. We were there in June 2025. Fortunately we did not experience the noise from the upstairs neighbors as pointed out in other reviews, so we were grateful for that. Overall it was a great stay for us.

This is a super spacious 2bed/2bath townhome. It was super clean before we arrived and it provided everything needed to be comfortable. VACASA was very responsive when I had a question or lost the assigned code to the front door.

Beautiful and very cozy. Just take in mind that this is a lower-level unit, and you will hear people walking on the top floor, yet we were able to get goodnight sleep. Enough parking for guests. Super clean and close to restaurants.

I usually try not to expect places I stay at to be exactly like how it looks in the photos posted (due to past experiences), but this place exceeded our expectations. It is such a beautiful, peaceful and clean neighborhood. Although some kitchen utensils needed a little more cleaning, and there were some spots of light pet hair, and the upstairs condo residents made a little noise for a few minutes (we blamed the upstairs cat. lol!). The amount of space, the amenities, the balcony in the back, the peaceful location and the ease of check-in/check-out made the whole stay of our 3 nights MORE than worth the money spent. I actually had to brag about the place to some family who were very interested in staying at this exact same place. My brother and I would definitely stay here again when we want to stay in Flagstaff. The host answered any and all questions that we had, which made our stay that much more relaxing.
